The ULTRA-8 Display Panel, represents the current state-of-the-art RV tank level monitoring system. The ULTRA-8 uses our external-mounted sensors on composite tanks. We have incorporated many features and improvements in the ULTRA-8 from our customers requests, resulting in a system that is feature rich, user friendly and has an aesthetically pleasing panel. The ULTRA-8 is the most accurate, complete self-testing system on the market today and is sure to meet all of your tank level monitoring needs.         

          Tank monitors are suppose to tell you the level in your tanks when viewed, the ULTRA-8 also features a warning light and audible warning when any of your tanks are out of bounds. Even if your busy and don't check the tanks frequently enough, after all you have better things to do than monitor holding tanks, the ULTRA-8 display panel will.

- Don't get caught without enough fresh water to shower, cook, etc.

- Know when you need to dump, before the tanks are completely full.

          The display will alert you if any of the tanks are approaching an out-of-bounds condition. The panel  performs this check for all tanks attached to it and is configurable from 15 minutes to every 2 hours.  Out-of-bounds may be configured as a waste tank above the 3/4 level or fresh water below the 1/4 level. You "tune" the calibration by calibrating the full or empty points at any time that you wish.

    The smart ULTRA-8 also knows you need a good nights sleep and disables the alarm at night.

          Most high end coaches and bus conversions have the holding tanks mounted in the bay behind a partition, out of view. The ULTRA-8 system is designed to allow two displays to receive signal from one sensor on each tank. Now you can mount one display in the plumbing bay and the another inside the coach. No more running back into the coach to check the tank levels while outside. You decide,  one display or two, your option.

This unique system can monitor up to eight freshwater, waste or diesel tanks at once with no calibration necessary. Just push the ‘C” button when tanks are empty and again when you first fill them. While the unit is in the ON position it checks all tanks every two hours. During that time, there is no power draw. An LCD panel displays tank designations for all tanks being monitored. Unit has Hi warning for waste and a Low warning for diesel or fresh water.

The ULTRA-8 Display Panel is 7" wide by 3.8" high by 1" deep, requiring a 6 1/8" wide by 2 5/16" high cutout.

          Our new ULTRA-8 display panel uses sensors that mount externally on composite holding tanks which read levels through the tank wall. The external mounted sensors eliminate the problems found with conventional systems. Conventional systems with probes or floats inside the tanks quickly become clogged or corroded and send false signals to the panel.

          We have incorporated many features and improvements that our OEM's have requested. What we have now is a feature rich, user friendly, and aesthetically pleasing panel, which is sure to meet all of your tank level monitoring needs.

          This panel has a number of new features and improvements. We feel this is the most complete self-testing unit on the market today.

     The ULTRA-8 electronically senses the amount of liquid in composite tanks using two aluminum foil sensors attached to the OUTSIDE surface of the tanks. One aluminum foil sensor transmits an electronic signal through the tank walls and into the water. The other aluminum sensor then picks up this signal as it is transmitted back through the tank wall. The more water there is in the tank, the more signal that is transmitted between the sensors. The electronics in the panel then determines from the strength of the signal, the water level in the tank.
