bulletBuilt for the long run: You can rebuild clamp and apron assemblies, vertical guides, cams and apron hinge pins or bushings. Entire top clamp assemblies or nose bars can be replace. For BP & U models, replacement finger sets are reasonable priced.
bulletIMPORTANT feature: Each finger on U and BP models are individually adjustable for leading edge alignment, greatly increasing useful life of set.
bulletMinimum Reverse bend for all models is 1/2" For 1/4" return, see 1/4" minimum reverse bend apron in "Options" below.
bulletBeam adjustment (maximum clamp set back) for all models is 1". Additional set back may be ordered.
bulletHeavy truss rods, bars or plates under table, on & behind clamp, and under apron are adjustable so you can maintain true centers.
bulletAsk about the true "through opening" heights. This is different than lift of beam and can be very important. (Our lift of beam = through opening) Many other brands do not.
bulletSection fingers are precision machined from rolled steel bar stock for maximun strength.
bulletBP & U model Finger Widths, depending upon the model: one or two 2", two or three 3" and the rest 4". Or you may specify the widths and mix. A spare 4" finger is included with all U models, and is optional on BP models. Use it to cut a slot at an odd width, like 3/4" or 1-3/8". Additional spares and complete sets are so inexpensive you may want several for experimenting.
bulletSpecial 4" CUT BACK FINGER to bend up to 4" of 3/16" mild steel w/o adjusting set back or clamping pressure (or damaging one of the "good" fingers), is included with all U models, and is optional for 16ga BP models.
bulletMany special applications require radius on the nose or on the fingers. You can get them here.
bulletCenter leg, included with all 8 & 10 ft models and some 4 to 6 ft models, may be installed for easier hemming while minimizing need to preload struts. The result is easier hemming and less wear on you and your brake.
