While we would like to think a brake will last forever, ALL brakes may need parts due to wear or misuse. ProFormer brakes (unlike others) are designed so YOU can rebuild the clamp and apron assemblies, vertical guides, cams, apron hinge pins or bushings. Entire top clamp assemblies or nose bars can be replaced. Replacement parts are very reasonably priced. So, think about this important feature - your ProFormer brake can last forever.

ProFormer Radius Brakes
It's FAST It's CONSISTENT It's your answer to forming radius
bends!
The apron swings OUTSIDE the radius and it ROLLS to minimize stress and scraping on your
material.
Comes with 5 radii from ½” radius (= 1” diameter) through 2” radius (=
4” diameter) Other radii are available.
Note: Radius equals one half the diameter.

ProFormer SHEET
METAL BRAKES HAVE MORE STANDARD FEATURES
Designed and built for the long run:
you can rebuild clamp and apron assemblies, vertical guides, cams, apron hinge pins or
bushings. Entire top clamp assemblies or nose bars can be replaced. For BP & U Models,
replacement finger sets are very reasonably priced.
Minimum reverse bend for all models is 1/2", OR 1/4" minimum
reverse bend may be ordered on all models.
Beam adjustment. (Maximum clamp setback) for all models is 1"
Additional setback my be ordered.
Heavy Struts Rods under table, on & behind clamp, and under aprons
are adjustable so you can maintain true centers.
Center leg included with all 8 & 10 ft models and some 4 to 6 ft
models, may be installed for easier hemming while minimizing need to preload struts. The
result is easier hemming and less wear on you and your brake.
S & L Straight Brake Models have openings at clamp ends allowing you to form
3 sides of a pan to depth shown in the chart (see ProFormer
Straight Brakes) under "Max Depth of Box".
BP & U Model Finger Widths, depending on the model, one or two 2", two
or three 3", and the rest 4". Or you may specify the widths and mix. A spare
4" finger is included with all U models, and is optional on BP models. Use
it to cut a slot at an odd width, like 3/4" or 1-3/8". Additional spares and
complete sets are so inexpensive you may want several for experimenting. Many BP and U
models are available with long fingers allowing box depths up to 6". Each finger is
individually adjustable for leading edge alignment, greatly increasing useful life of the
set.
SPECIAL 4" CUT BACK FINGER to bend up to 4" of 3/16" mild steel
w/o adjusting set back or clamp pressure (or damaging one of the "good"
fingers), is included with all U model, and is optional for 16ga BP models.
Even though all ProFormer brakes come with a long list of standard features at no
additional cost, ProFormer is always looking for new ways to make their brakes more
versatile to fit everyone's needs.

With the ProFormer Hydraulic
Assist you can bend 10' of 12ga by yourself in about 15 seconds. Your choice of a frame
mounted switch or optional foot operated switch. This system can also be added to any
existing ProFormer sheet metal brake listed above.
Small, portable and
light weight. No welding, heating or hammering necessary. Use it to help make wheel wells,
radiator shrouds, door jams or many hard to form combination of curves and angles. Can be
bought as One body with two jaws (combo) or as shown on optional stand with two separate
bodies.
