ProFormer Bead Roller

Bead rollers add beauty and strength to your floor pans, fire walls, trunks, race car or custom sheet metal work. Just insert sheet metal between rollers, crank handle, and out comes your very own custom-made panel.

With its round handle instead of "organ grinder" type crank, it is easy for one man to operate.
Our 26" open Throat Bead Roller is great for adding strength and beauty to floor pans, firewalls or any other custom panel you are working on.
Capacity: 18 gauge mild steel. Rugged frame designed for minimum deflection.

Everyone else's bead roller also has two shafts, dies, handle, and screw down/pressure system.

BUT, no other has the Exclusive Combination of ProFormer Features:

	18ga mild steel capacity.
	Rugged frame designed for minimum deflection.
	The handle is a wheel instead of 'organ grinder' style for more control and easier one man operation.
	Great frame to convert to use with electric motor.
	Bushing at all 4 shaft mounts. Oil lite bushings at each shaft/frame hole.
	Both shafts may be moved horizontally for top to bottom die alignment. Collars on shafts allow you to align the top die with the bottom die.
	Self lifting mandrel shaft frees up both hands to position work piece in bead roller.
	Screw down/pressure system does not require use of wrench.
	Dies are broached and shafts are slotted and keyed for no-slip forming. Prevents the dies from working loose during a job (no set screws used here).
	Dies are made from 4140 steel.
	Handle and gears are expansion pinned to shafts for no-slip operation (instead of set screws).
	Comes with mounting pedestal so you can bolt or clamp it to a table (no vise slip or flop).
