Tinker Bell is the tiny magical companion of Peter Pan. Though usually a happy-go-lucky coquette, she can be pouty, spiteful and jealously protective of "her" Peter, even to the point of trying harming anyone she perceives as hindering her relationship with him. Like a firefly (the size of which is comparable), she glows in the dark. If grabbed and vigorously shaken, her body emits a magical dust which can cause people and animals to defy gravity. Like other magical beings in the Disney universe, Tinker Bell may appear in any comic book title (with such characters as Chip'n' Dale, Mad Madam Mim, Mickey Mouse and Uncle $crooge), and often does. |
