This is an idea which it seems to me (I can't of course speak for Lorri) is quite timely. The California Network has a new E.D. Larry Belcher who will breathe some fresh air into our struggling/stuck Network. [Larry played a lead role in organizing the West Virginia Consumer Network.] We need openings like the opportunity to get seriously networked with Obama's M.H. team. The Far South region includes San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, where we have S-ACC members; the meeting is to be in Temecula. I hope we can get the CNMHC to offer Lorri a chance to present on this area of "political voice."

You will meet clients, from San Diego, Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino, and Imperial county, I know you can gain a lot from these clients, on their personal thoughts about mental health care.
