Rst, I know you've done serious work with Riverside QA/QI and have reported on it often and in different ways.

And so did I, back in 95-97, for Berkeley Mental Health and the M.H. Commission.

I think it is time the NETWORK also develop a quality department. When I was self employed, the first thing the most companies wanted to know was if we had a QA department.

I think the Network will find that a "tall order." One thing I was minded to do after that experience was to help the Network set up a list "Choice and Quality Services" to keep them attending to the "quality" thing.

Well it would be nice to have more attention to "quality."
