I talked some with Moq and Bbb and came up with the following idea. I hope they like it and I hope anyone who wants their name on this will let me know by sometime not too late in the day tomorrow.

We as members of the Social Accountability Work Group would like to indicate that the process of the NCMHCSO does not meet our expectations. We feel that the politics of community engagement and grassroots advocacy calls for a revision of organizational practice.
