A friend of mine who had "lived experience" as a mental health client/survivor (she was one of the people who helped create the California Network of Mental Health Clients in 1983), worked through the social obstacles, graduated from UC Riverside, and then got public funding to attend Social Work school at Cal State San Bernardino.
My lived experience includes attending her graduation MSW from Cal State.

Can anyone recommend M.A. programs in social work suitable for my former B.A. student in psychology with humanitarian interests? This is a wise student with a lot to give. He attends an isolated, small college without social work faculty. Thanks if you can help.
