STATEMENT OF INTENT
FY 2002-2003 CONSUMER AND FAMILY INVOLVEMENT PLAN
It is the intent of the County Mental Health System to provide services that involve consumers and families in the services at all levels of policy, planning and delivery.
Please describe what your agency plans to accomplish during the next fiscal year towards consumer and family involvement.
This Statement of Intent must be included in your negotiation documentation to be submitted to the Mental Health Department prior to your individual FY 2002-2003 Short/Doyle Contract negotiations (please refer to the schedule found in your binder for specific due dates).
