One of the work group members is Jim McNulty, former Pres. of NAMI. This scares the "client/survivor" people.
Far better anyway to consider the approach of Caplan and Cosgrove ("Bias in Psychiatric Diagnosis," sponsored by the AWP) which indicates there are deep problems in this kind of social construction of objectivized being.
