In response to further inquiry, today's phone call has no relation to any "Bay Area's event" sponsored by CNMHC or by Calif. DMH. It provides public access to an emergency meeting of the Board of Directors of the California Network (CNMHC).
Oru is curious (baffled even) how can the event be freshly sent and marked "urgent" if the Bay area's event is marked "Already Taken Place"?
My sense of this meeting is that the CNMHC is facing a "corporate crisis" because their historic deficiencies in good corporate practice have been covered by Calif. DMH directly or indirectly. Thus they've been "treated" by DMH, according to the metaphor of this list. Now with the meltdown of the state mental health administration, that "treatment" is breaking down. In SJCC terms, they are facing the prospect of losing their "accreditation."
