You know, I feel very cautious about coming to such a sweeping
conclusion as that. I feel that the (original) 1995 Forum
showed that there are very strong forces acting against this.
I have chosen to concentrate my own work on working around
that direction and constructing the conditions for us to
approach the issue in a positive and productive way. I do feel
strongly that if we dont develop discipline around rage behavior,
ethics, and responsibility in general, we will all too easily
fall into a quarrel type of mode.
But who knows? If we apply enough imagination, perhaps a
way can be found for the clients to overcome/transcend this
clinch. On the one hand, it would surprise me greatly if the
Network really started to assign this problem the importance it
merits. On the other hand, in the long run surely the clients
movement will mature in its response to this sort of question.
Respectfully
Andrew
