• This program will calculate the torqued one needs to apply to a bolt or screw.

1. The torqued is effected by the coefficients of friction which can be adjusted. (there is a little explanation about the coefficient of friction if you check on the "Friction Coef" button.) The torqued is also effected by the tensile strength of the material (there is a little explanation about differences tensile strength and differences material).
2. The value can be change to get a torqued for the material you are using.
3. By clicking the "Standard / Metric" buton you can change form inch's to metric bolts and nut and the torqued will be displayed in Nm (Newtons meters) and the clamping will be in Newtons..
