On IV:vi anno legis, Sol 5° Pisces, Luna 5° Sagittarius Dies Saturnii, the Vernal Equinox of 1998 e.v. consumating the 93rd year of the Crowned and Conquering Child Ra-Hoor-Khuit, we made our first public announcement, via the world wide web, that Lord Hadit's commandment above has been fulfilled in perfect accordance with the numbers & the words of the threefold Book of Law, Liber AL vel Legis.

The following Cipher is joyfully dedicated to our lovely Queen of Space, Nuit.

This order & value of the English Alphabet was first revealed in 1993 e.v. unto one who came forth calling himself Frater Perseverando. His Holy Guardian Angel, "A.", is solely credited with the transmission of the Cipher, which is documented here in the form of a little book, LIBER A vel FOLLIS, the Book of the Holy Fool. In accordance with his True Thelema, Perseverando hails from "no expected house"; therefore, while he respects their Great Work, he claims no direct affiliation with the any other previously established outer Order or Temple of Thelema. He is alone, and thereby takes sole responsibility for the promulgation of this Cipher, for Good or for Ill.
